Whether you choose Custom Butcher & Smokehouse in Garden City, ID for your home grown animal or a recently harvested game animal, you can rest assured that we will take good care of you. We process every animal one at a time, and custom cut them to your specifications. We do not charge extra for de-boning any cuts of domestic carcasses and we aim to achieve a 90/10 meat to fat ratio on all ground products. All game animals are cut boneless, as we feel this is the only way that allows us to properly trim and clean all cuts.
Custom Curing & Smoking
With our own smokehouses, we can provide a valuable service that assures you of quality. From hams & bacons to jerky & sausage, we control the product, so you don't have to worry.
Custom Sausage Making
We offer community batch on our entire wild game sausage making. For an additional charge, we can make a "custom" batch using only your meat, with a 40 lb. minimum per item. Our Pepperoni and Salami are our biggest sellers, and they are second to none.
Mobile Butchering
Take the stress out of loading and hauling your animal to slaughter by utilizing our mobile slaughter service. Prices vary by location throughout the valley.
