Originally built by the Hill family in 1965, Custom Butcher & Smokehouse in Garden City, ID has been under current ownership since 2002. Standing the test of time is something we plan to continue. We have adapted with the times as much as possible, while still maintaining that original commitment to value and service. Owner Scott Robinett has been in the meat business for more than 20 years, and along with his wife Kami and their employees, they are here to serve you.
